Pay TV Supliers

In a study carried out at the national level (4622 interviews), using a personal interview methodology (F2F),Zap is the largest suplier in the country with a 74% share. About 43% of Angolans say they subscribe to DStv.

Regarding supliers satisfaction, tvcabo and DStv were the best evaluated (both with around 78%), with Zap obtaining a level of satisfactionof 70%.

In terms of image, DStv obtained better results in the indicators: better channels, better image and lower prices.

Zap at the image level was better positioned in the most consistent signal, in the number of clients, in client service and in solving problems.
